TopGolf Austin

I worked in Guest Services, helping to greet our guests, guide & give them our full attention, and guard their time & experience from the time the walk in the door till when we say goodbye till next time. Specifically I worked in helping guests find & sign-up for the ideal membership for their experience, as well as helping to guide the guests through the TopGolf experience by taking guests to their bays & walking them through the service & games, by answering any questions, by actively resolving problems, & by occasionally even providing basic golf instruction to help improve a guest’s experience.

In addition to this role, I came on to the TopGolf Austin team before the location had opened. As part of the first class of associates, we all helped to develop the culture, structure, & atmosphere by coming together as a team, finding solutions to problems specific to our location, & developing systems to help things runs smoother.
